Community Officer – Islamabad

Teach the World Foundation (TTWF) is looking for Community Officer to join our team in Islamabad. The Community Officer will be responsible for engaging with communities, supporting field activities, coordinating with schools and local stakeholders, and ensuring effective implementation of program activities within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular field visits and community engagement activities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community members and stakeholders
• Support school-level and field operations
• Coordinate community meetings, awareness activities, and program initiatives
• Maintain field records and provide timely updates/reports
•Identify community needs and support the implementation of relevant activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, Management, or a relevant field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in community engagement, field operations, education, NGO/development sector, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
• Ability to work effectively in field-based environments
