HR Manager - Karachi based - Salary PKR 180,000

 📢 WE’RE HIRING – HR MANAGER

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: PKR 120,000 – 180,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage and oversee key HR functions while supporting business and employee needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

Manage performance management and employee appraisal processes.

Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.

Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.

Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees.

Prepare and maintain HR reports and workforce-related data.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and people-management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
